Yin Inspired Yoga is a quiet practice that allows the connective tissues and the joints of the body to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calm and centered mind. Postures are held three to five minutes. This class is a perfect complement for your traditional “yang” yoga practice.
Yin is not intended for teens, those with osteoporosis and those who are pregnant or up to six months post pregnancy. Namaste. |
