Yin Yang Yoga This class offers a balanced practice of yin and yang yoga. The yin portion will allow the connective tissues of the body to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calming and centered mind. With this contemplative awareness and body attunement, the class will move into a slow flow or yang practice. In the second half of the class, the muscles will be engaged and the body invigorated. Please note that this class is 90 minutes long. |
