Prenatal Yoga will provide safe and beneficial yoga postures for the pregnant woman, with emphasis on adapting your yoga practice throughout pregnancy.  The focus is on opening the hips, breathing, and meditation in preparation for the birth process.  Shoulder and back release are also discussed.

Post-natal Yoga will provide safe and beneficial yoga postures for women returning to yoga after giving birth.   The focus of this class is on the mother.  Babies are welcome to attend, with changing and nursing space available.
