Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga will provide safe and beneficial yoga postures for the pregnant woman, with emphasis on adapting your yoga practice throughout pregnancy. The focus is on opening the hips, breathing, and meditation in preparation for the birth process. Shoulder and back release are also discussed. This class is also appropriate for women returning to yoga after giving birth. Babies are welcome to attend, with changing and nursing space provided. | |||||||||||||||||
