Level 2 Yoga |

Level 2 Yoga includes medium paced floor and seated postures, standing postures, back bends, and spinal twists, and breathing techniques. More advanced poses will be offered on occasion. Sun Salutations may or may not be included in this practice. Props will be used as needed and alignment will be discussed. Some yoga experience is recommended, but not required for this class. |
