Testimonials
"I highly recommend the 200 hour teacher
training program offered at the Spirit of Yoga. I never expected
to get so much out of my training. In addition to techniques for
teaching, I learned history, anatomy, and philosophy! Yoga is so
much more then just sequenced postures. This program covers a wide
variety of yoga disciplines and exposes the student to many different
teaching styles." - Jennifer Mankowski, RYT
"When I started teacher training, I had already been teaching a hatha yoga class for five years. But during this teacher training I learned so much more. I learned that yoga is not just about being fit, stronger and more flexible. Although these things are beneficial side effects. I learned from this teacher training that practicing yoga makes you whole leading to a healthy mind and body giving you a sense of well being. I have related that to my classes by the change in my teaching methods. Also this teacher training includes the various styles of hatha yoga giving you a varied background. By incorporating the different styles into my classes along with the change in my teaching methods, and my increased self confidence as a teacher as a result of this training, the attendance in my classes has grown. The various teachers throughout this training are very knowledgeable and at the same time very caring giving individual attention to each student." - Marilyn Eller, RYT Teacher Training Refund Policy
